Tips
Pourable mild yogurt - Fri 7th Aug 2009
Tim's low fat natural yogurt is mild and creamy avoiding that sour sharpness of some natural yogurts. It really is delicious poured over cereal, with curry or just as it is. One tip is to use this natural yogurt in cooking in place of milk for extra creaminess. It is great in quiches where, if you replace the milk, you avoid any curdling and the end result is gorgeous. By the way, did you know you can spell yogurt in 3 ways and all are correct? Yogurt, yoghurt and yogourt, well there you go.
