Finally a spread that doesn't contain Sunflower oil or soya, not everyone can tolerate one or both of them. I love nothing more than a thick spreading of this spread on warm homemade bread. And it gives very acceptable baking to boot. Stock up and stick it in the freezer if you don't want to run out.
