Redwood's mouthwatering vegan alternative to fish cakes make a delicious summer meal. Great with salad and a squeeze of lemon juice.

I absolutely love these fish-less cakes. From what I remember (I've been vegetarian for more years than I care to admit) they're close in taste and texture to those made from actual fish. This may make all the difference to those wanting to reduce the amount of meat and fish they consume.
They are pretty dry but I make up my own tartare sauce with mayo, capers, chopped pickled onion and herbs, and dip away!Reviewer's Name:

I found these to be a little dry but when served with a salad and dressing tasted nice. I've been a Vegan for 20 years now so wouldn't have a clue if they tasted like 'normal' fish cakes :-).Reviewer's Name:
