Cooking Instructions

Remove outer packaging . Wrap completely in foil & place on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/375°F/Gas mark 5 for 45-50 minutes.
Leave to stand for 5 mins before serving.

Ingredients

Water, wheat gluten, sunflower oil & vegetable fat, soya protein, wheat fibre, natural flavours, salt, yeast extract, sugar, thickener: carrageenan, malt extract & onion powder.

Not keen on this as a substitute for roast beef, very little flavour and a bit like eating cardboard
