Chorizo with Beans & Kale - Thu 8th Dec 2011
Fry a roughly chopped onion until softened then stir in 150 g chorizo chunks. Add 2 drained 400 g cans butter beans, a 400 g can of chopped tomatoes and some dried chilli flakes to taste. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Add a good hanful of shredded curly kale and cook for 2-3 minutes until just wilted. Serve with rustic bread.

Spicy! Absolutely lovely. The ONLY problem I have is that I tend to eat it out of the packet every time I go to the fridge!

Very spicy but really yummy! Have added to pasta, eaten on own, and added to pizza so far. Delish!
