Steak Au Poivre - Thu 28th Jul 2011
Sprinkle some steaks with freshly ground black pepper then grill under a very hot grill, collecting the meat juices. Set the steak aside. Put the juices in a pan on a low heat with 1 tbsp creme fraiche per serving, and stir until heated thoroughly. Pour over the steaks and serve immediately.

Tips

Try... - Fri 18th May 2012
Try roasting carrots with a drizzle of olive oil and a few sprigs of rosemary. Blend the carrots with a little vegetable stock or water and stir through some creme fraiche for a side dish. Great with roast chicken.
