SHEESE VEGAN CHEESE SUBSTITUTE - Thu 24th Jan 2008
Absolutely delicious! The best vegan cheese available.

I bought some of this cheese (after searching for years for dairy free cheese), when it arrived I opened it.
After I stopped reeling from the pong I cut some and tried it... YUMMY, very crumbly but very nice.
It did only get 4 out of 5 stars though because bute island don't do a meltable diary free cheese like Cheezly do, and it never mentioned it wasn't meltable.
Although heating some up does allow the cheese to soften enough for a spreading of sorts

Cannot eat real cheese - Tue 17th Jun 2008
My father cannot eat real cheese and this is a blessing in disguise. You've made an elderly gentleman very happy after 30 years of not being able to eat cheese!

The whole family tasted this 'cheese' today and we all had to take it out of our mouths. We are trying to find a milk free cheese for my 3 year old and it's not going well!

Strong cheddar style sheese - Wed 30th Sep 2009
This is the second-best non-dairy "cheese" I have tried (after the Cheshire style Sheese).

Low Cholesterol - Tue 1st Dec 2009
Creamy Sheese is probably the best dairy free spread that I have tried. It's got much more flavour and interest than most dairy free spreads, this particular flavour has quite a zing to it, and it is really easy to use in lots of ways. I made a fantastic sandwich with it adding sliced tomatoes, avocado, jalapenos and coriander and it was truly yummy. I am going to try using it in vegetarian enchiladas as a dairy free alternative to sour cream. It's wonderful that you have a spread that is so indulgent in taste but has no cholesterol, and I will be recommending it to my clients who are struggling with their cholesterol levels, as well as to those who have dietary restrictions.

Tried it unfortunately it tastes vile, wish there were more honest reviews on some of these products, either that or its me that's tasting a totally different cheese to the rest of the reviewers

Tasty and versatile! - Sat 1st Oct 2011
This vegan cheese substitute is one of the best I've tasted. It's good on crackers, in sandwiches and in salads, and my husband and I are just discovering its versatility in the kitchen. Before we tried Sheese, I read a lot of comments about it not melting well. It does tend to vanish when exposed to a lot of heat, rather than becoming gloopy or stringy like dairy cheese, so all the evidence of it ever having existed is not texture but a bit of oil and a lot of taste. That has turned out to be one of its strengths. Instead of pining for the memory of cheese on toast, we've been using strong cheddar style Sheese as an ingredient in cooking. A favourite recent triumph has been an amazing (but easy to make) broccoli and Sheese soup.
