I ordered 3 types of dairy free cheeses and must say I found this no comparison to normal cheese and really didn't like the taste or texture of it. It was however better than the gouda style cheese I tried. Perhaps if you have never been able to have dairy products this would suffice, but for myself I would rather not have it at all.
