This is, so far, the best Sheese I've tasted!

Lovely, robust flavour (unlike the mozzarella variety)
No lingering after-taste (unlike smoked cheddar variety)
Fantastic texture (as with all Sheese products)

I can just cut off a chunk and enjoy it on its own. It's incredibly tasty and ironically it's the one Sheese I wasn't overly attracted to, though I got given a pack free to try by my health food store and WOW!

If your familiar with the various vegan cheeses, this will definitely satisfy!
