Ingredients

Water, hulled soya beans 7.8%, raw cane sugar, cherries 6.8%, tapioca syrup, corn starch, stabilisers: locust bean gum, pectin, agar, beetroot juice, natural flavouring, sea salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, selected cultures: bificobacterium, S.thermophilius, L.bulgaricus.

I think this is my new favourite of the Provamel yofus - it has just the right balance of sweet and tang and of course the texture is just perfect as with all the yofus I've tried; thick, creamy, smooth and rich yet light and not too filling. I usually have yofus for breakfast but sometimes I like having this one in particular at lunch too or in the evening as a light snack.
