Water, hulled soya beans 7.8%, raw cane sugar, fruits 6.8% (peach, mango in varying proportions), tapioca syrup, corn starch, stabilisers:locust bean gum, pectin & agar, acidity regulator: citric acid, natural flavour, sea salt, selected cultures: bifidobacterium, S.thermophilus & L.bulgaricus.

Often I would buy yoghurts, only for them to sit at the back of the fridge 'til my other-half would eat them all just before they pass their 'use by'. Not this time! Provamel's Yofu is a thick, creamy and delicious alternative to dairy yoghurt... Lovely!

This is my favourite of the Provamel yofus, the peach and mango really go well with the creamy texture and it's even more delicious on top of cheesecake - or any biscuit base!
