Ingredients

Wholewheat flakes 43% (wheat, sugar, barley malt extract, salt), bran flakes 24% (wheat, wheat bran, sugar, barley malt extract , salt), raisins 14%, apple 7% (apple, citric acid), dates 7%, flaked almonds 2%.
