Serving Suggestion

Add to a savoury soy sauce broth, topped with tempura vegetables or fried tofu and garnished with chopped green onion and wasabi horseradish. Also delicious as a base for salads.

Cooking Instructions

Bring 8 cups of water to the boil. Add noodles (1 bundle per person) and boil gently for 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat and rinse under cold running water, then serve immediately.

These make a great addition to home made veg soup. I add miso and a bit of wakame too, so lots of goodness in the pot!
