Especially suited to Japanese and Chinese dishes.

Cooking Instructions

To prepare these rich tasting Japanese style noodles, bring 8 cups of water to the boil, add noodles (one bundle per serving) and stir. Boil gently for 5-7 minutes then rinse immediately under cold water.

Very tasty noodles with a delightful, hearty texture. Perfect in broths or stir fries, or even as an alternative to spaghetti in Italian style dishes. Very good value for money.

I would have given this 5 stars if Clearspring used 100% wholemeal flour with the buckwheat which I personally prefer, however the taste and texture of these noodles is lovely and really authentic.

I love these noodles so much, they're delicious and have a lovely texture, filling too. They are partly made from wheat though so do contain gluten, but are the nicest ones I've tried. Excellent quality.
