These organic mushrooms are carefully grown, selected and dried to offer a full depth of flavour and aroma.

Serving Suggestion

For a flavourful Japanese Dashi broth, boil a few Clearspring Organic Shiitake mushrooms and their soaking water with a small strip of Clearspring Kombu sea vegetable for 15 minutes. Season with Clearspring Organic Soya Sauce or Organic Tamari Soya Sauce and Organic Mikawa Mirin to taste.

Usage

To prepare, soak for 15 minutes in warm water, remove any hard stems, slice if desired and cook with grains or in stir-fries and soups.
