A delicious brew - Sat 9th Oct 2010
This tea is refreshing when the weather is hot and warming when you are cold. It has a light but distinctive flavour and is low in caffeine.
Try it with lots of tamari soy sauce for a simple, quick to make and deliciously hearty bouillon or soothing pick-me-up drink (no I am not joking!)
