Nori sea vegetable (Porphrya tenera) has long been enjoyed for it's distinctive nutty flavour, it's versatility in use and it's natural goodness. Toasted fine cut nori is a delicious, shiny and beautiful garnish that will enhance the flavour and look of your savoury dishes. Try it on pasta, noodles, rice, tofu, vegetables, soups and salads. Add just before serving.

Usage

Fine cut nori is often used sprinkled over soba noodles or mixed with sesame seeds to make a delicious condiment the Japanese call furikake.

Clearspring Fine Cut Nori is made from the finest toasted nori sheets. Made by the same producer as the sushi nori sheets, it has a delicious nutty flavour and dark, shiny green colour. It makes a perfect garnish for anything from rice to noodles, pasta or salad. Simply sprinkle it on just before serving as no preparation is required. Nori has over 40% protein, more than other sea vegetables, and also contains a wide range of vitamins and minerals.

I love these sprinkles of nori in my salad, gives a natural moreish flavour to anything. I also top my noodles with these. They're really delicious and great quality.
