SO easy to use, sprinkle straight from the packet. It swells a lot in liquid. Great for broths, but also sprinkled on any of your favourite food, with a beautiful variety of colours and tastes

Quite expensive for the amount you get, but the product is really delicious, I especially love wakame anyway. These are delicious mixed into a salad, to retain all the beneficial nutrients.
