A good choice for frying or deep-frying in the healthiest possible way, since sunflower oil has a taste which is pleasant but subtle enough so it will not overpower the flavours of the food.

A very tasty and light oil which is suitable for frying with. It tastes nothing like the normal cold pressed sunflower oil, which I detest. This is delicious.
