Spicy Dressing - Wed 7th Sep 2011
Make a dressing by mixing 125 ml each of olive oil and walnut oil with 2 de-seeded, chopped red chillies, 3 sliced sping onions, 1 chopped garlic clove and 2.5 cm grated fresh ginger. Keeps for a week in the fridge in a sealed container. Good with fish and seafood.
