Great quality product. Arrived in pristine condition. Very versatile. Great for nori wraps or in a quinoa salad.

These nori sheets are excellent toasted but only for about 10 - 12 seconds
(the sheet goes bright green)
This gives the nori a crispy texture and tastes a little like a very thin yeast extract wafer might.
(That's the nearest I can approximate the taste to.

I love to make raw vegan nori rolls with these nori sheets, they're unbelievably good and make any filling delicious. They're even good for wrapping salad and just eating like that. I always buy this brand of nori.

Very easy to use and very tasty, good in cooking and as a healthy snack food! Obviously it works great in sushi, but it can also be mixed with nuts, endamame or rice crackers to be eaten as it is. Also really good in noodle soups, miso soups, or salads.

Very nice subtle nori, great used in raw sushi recipes and great to just munch on as they come for a healthy snack.
