This literally has no taste or smell at all! I can't have butter anymore, which was so enjoyable and this to me is no alternative - it greases the top of the oatcakes or whatever you're using it on, but actually just feels like grease because of the tastelessness so I found it quite unpleasant and stopped using it, except in cooking where lack of taste wouldn't make a difference. The ingredients list makes it sound wonderful, but it just isn't. It is adequate for cooking and melts fine for frying too though, just there are nicer things around.
