Delicious and very easy meal.

Since having to give up dairy I have been desperately trying to find a good filled pasta that I'm allowed. I finally found this one, it takes more cooking than standard filled pasta and lacks the soft creaminess that I was used to but makes an adequate substitute for when a quick, easy meal is needed.
