Heat lightly in a pan until golden brown. Also delicious eaten cold. Suitable for freezing

Vegetables (51%) (white cabbage, mung bean sprouts, red peppers, onions, carrots), tofu (water, soy beans, coagulant: nigari), rice noodles (4.1%)(rice flour, water), soya sauce (shoyu) (water, soy beans, wheat, sea salt), fresh coriander, sunflower oil, sea salt, spices, chilli sauce (brandy vinegar, red peppers, carrots, chili, sugar, water, lemon juice, thickening agent: locust bean gum).

Very yummy. A bit oily, definitely save them for an evening usually reserved for take-aways. But as an occasional treat, very delicious.
