Bring back the old! - Wed 20th Oct 2010
Having bought this product for years, I struggled to find it available for most of 2010. I was ecstatic when I saw it had been relaunched. However, in my opinion, Cauldron's "New" and "Improved" Moroccan Pate is nothing like the original! The old one was juicy, moist and tasty. The "new" one is drier and tastes completely different! I'm surprised they can call it the same product! It tastes more like the Mexican-style bland own-brand pates, than the original! If you're expecting the old one, don't buy it! I emailed Cauldron, but they told me they had "reformulated their recipes due to commercial reasons"! I certainly won't be purchasing it again.
