Terrific Tofu - Thu 13th Dec 2007 Where would I be without Tofu? I rely on it heavily for my protein, and it's so great for omegas and other things I think. I enjoy it anyway. My favourite way is cut into chunks and marinated overnight in either curry spices (ginger, chilli, turmeric, coriander, paprika) or in a little lemon and ginger.
