Try heating 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan, then pour in 1 egg, lightly beaten, and allow to spread to a circle with a diameter of around 25 cm. Cook for 1-2 mins without moving, just like you would with a pancake, until the egg is set and fully cooked. Transfer to a plate and cool, then spread with creamy soft cheese. Add a slice of ham, torn into pieces, and some cucumber, sliced into batons. Sprinkle over some cress, then roll up and serve.
