I have been using the Sleepytime tea since I can remember! Very relaxing to sit down with a good book, and curling up with my kitties and my favorite before-bed tea :)

Don't just limit these tea bags to a mug. I pop 3 bags into a running bath and find that it gives me a very soothing, relaxing bath.
