Our olives are tree ripened. Then they are hand harvested, debittered in spring water from the Taygheto mountains and never heated. Our extra virgin olive oil is extracted below 27°C.

Green olives 32%, Kalamata olives 32%, extra virgin olive oil 34%, oregano, sea salt, lemons.

Amazing quality! Plump, juicy, tasty olives, no preservatives and all natural ingredients. The oil they are in is also great for cooking and flavouring food. A great thing to have in one's cupboard.
