All ingredients are organic and raw and where possible soaked and sprouted to bring out the natural vitality to life. The delicious snacks are made at low temperature to ensure the health-giving nutrients and enzymes stay alive and well.

This tastes natural and delicious. It is a wonderful bar to have when out walking. It doesn't take long to eat it. The fruit and nut is a healthy choice.
