All ingredients are organic and raw and where possible soaked and sprouted to bring out the natural vitality to life. This delicious raw chocolate snack is made at low temperature to ensure the health-giving nutrients and enzymes in the ingredients stay alive and well.

An interesting flavour - Wed 18th Jan 2012
I purchased this to see how raw chocolate tastes. It's more crumbly than melty, with quite a subtle set of flavours. Not automatically recognisable as chocolate, which is fine since the raw version here is interesting enough and the taste grew on me over time. The bar lasted a good amount of time, because two or three small squares seemed to be enough to make a satisfying serving.
