Product Details

A dark, intense, sticky sauce made using a blend of Japanese soy, caramel, ginger and soybean paste.

Serving Suggestion

For a deeper flavour, marinate meat with sauce and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

Ingredients

Water, sugar, Japanese soy sauce 8%, (water, soybeans, wheat, salt, alcohol), modified maize starch, soya bean paste 2% (water, soybean, rice, salt), ginger, colour: plain caramel, citric acid.

Recipe

Sticky Teriyaki Chicken Wings
serves 3-4

1kg Chicken wings and 1 jar Blue Dragon Teriyaki Sticky Sauce

1. Place the chicken wings in a resealable bag along with the whole jar of sauce, leave to marinade in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
2. Place the chicken wings on a baking tray and cook at 200°C for approx 20 minutes until brown and sticky and cooked through. Ensure piping hot and serve immediately.
