Recipe

Sticky Peking Style Chicken Wings
Serves 3-4
Method: 1. Place the chicken wings in a resealable bag along with the whole jar of sauce, leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour. For a deeper flavour, marinate meat with the sauce and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
2. Place the chicken wings on a baking tray and cook at 200°C for approx 25 minutes until brown and sticky and cooked through. Ensure piping hot and serve immediately.
