Ingredients

Water, Sugar, Onion (8%), Tomato (8%), Minced Chilli Paste (3.5%) (Chilli peppers, Water, Salt), Modified Maize Starch, Tomato purée (3%), Chinese Rice Vinegar (3%), Spirit Vinegar, Garlic Purée, Sake, Parsley, Salt, Colour: Paprika Extract.

Recipe

Chicken in Tomato and Sweet Chilli Sauce
serves 4
3 chicken breasts - diced, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the diced chicken and stir fry until the meat is sealed and browned (approx 5 minutes).
2. Pour over the jar of sauce and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ensure piping hot and serve immediately.
