Recipe

Thai Green Chicken Curry
serves 4

3 chicken breasts - diced, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.

1. Heat the oil in the pan, add the diced chicken and stir fry until meat is sealed and browned (approx 5 minutes).
2. Pour over the jar of sauce and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ensure piping hot and serve immediately.
