Product Details

Brown rice syrup is a naturally processed sweetener, made from sprouted wholegrain brown rice. It has a mild, caramel flavour and can be used in place of sugar, honey, maple syrup and molasses. Brown rice syrup provides a steady stream of energy because it is largely made of of complex carbohydrates, which take longer to digest the simple carbohydrates found in sugar.

This is a great replacement for sugar as it is natural and does not give you the sugar 'high' then huge drop soon after. It provides a steady stream of energy - so no more sugar mood swings for me!

This is a great substitute for sugar, honey, maple syrup... It has a really mild taste, and won't give you the huge sugar rush and fall like the others. I like it over Greek yoghurt with fruit such as blueberries, strawberries and raspberries - it is like a super yummy dessert - better than ice cream!

We use rice syrup as a sweetener in home-made ice-cream. It's good, as it doesn't make the ice-cream chewy like sugar can tend to. We use this alongside honey and agave syrup, so that the sweetness has a full bodied flavour. I've also tried it in tea and it was fine with no after taste.

This is quite thick and not very sweet so you easily get through a whole bottle in 2 or 3 days just using it in drinks, which I can't afford to do that and tried the agave syrup which you only need a few drops so now I just use that instead.
