A light, delicious and comforting infusion superbly balanced with the distinctive character of chamomile and lemon balm with a subtle taste of honey. Naturally caffeine free.

Ingredients

Chamomile 50%, lemon balm 19%, lemon peel 14%, liqorice root, natural flavouring, dried manuka honey granules 4.4%, (maize starch, manuka honey 23%, antioxidant: ascorbic acid).

Cautions

Contains liquorice: People suffering from hypertension should avoid exessive consumption.

This is a nice variation on chamomile tea. I couldn't really taste the Manuka honey but maybe you still get some benefits, and the addition of lemon balm adds to chamomile's relaxing effects.
