If you use ginger infrequently, or if you like it quickly without all that chopping, this is perfect for you. I use it in all sorts of cooking, from baking to curries - it's very high-quality.

Very convenient for ultra-quick stir-fries, when you really want to do away with all the chopping... Obviously not as good as the real thing, but very handy when you need to be quick!
