Ideal for all Chinese and Thai dishes

Product Details

Medium egg noodles are perfect in soups, salads and stir fries. Either serve simply dressed with soy sauce or add vegetable such as peppers, sweetcorn and onion as an accompaniment to oriental dishes.

Cooking Instructions

1.Allow one layer of noodles per person.
2.Place noodles in pan of boiling water and stir gently to prevent sticking.
3.Bring back to the boil and then take off the heat.
4.Allow to stand for 4 minutes before draining and serving (only stand for 2 minutes if stir frying).
