A little sharp for me - Tue 26th Jul 2011
I like the idea of a single estate tea and I'm a fan of Clipper (I drink their instant coffee)...and unbleached bags are great...but this is just a little sharp for my tastes...it might be mellower if you drink it weaker, but I like to really steep my green tea and this brings out the slight bitterness I think.
