Drain and rinse under cold water. For a simple vegetable stir fry, fry the bean sprouts in a little hot oil with finely chopped carrots, onions, mushrooms and garlic

Keeps its fresh, firm texture and taste in a stir fry; great in a salad, delicious in spring rolls. I really can't tell the difference between these and fresh ones, except that these are so convenient. Really worth getting as they give such an authentic touch.
