If you love the taste of rhubarb but don't usually have it because it needs to be sweetened, then you will love this! The apple gives just enough sweetness whilst allowing the unique rhubarb flavour to come through - a real winner.

Try poaching pears in apple and rhubarb juice. Add a dollop of natural yogurt to serve.
