Couscous (85%), sultanas (5%), sasoning (sugar, spices, dextrose, salt, onion powder, rusk, garlic powder, yeast extract powder, natural flavourings, rapeseed oil, mint, citric acid), vegetable bouillon, pine nuts (2%), parsley.

Moroccan Couscous Stuffed Pepper
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
1 x Al’Fez Couscous
1 x large red pepper
½ of red pepper
½ of green pepper
½ of small yellow pepper
½ red onion
2 x garlic cloves
1 x tablespoon of Olive Oil
Method:
Preheat oven at 180 degrees (fan assisted). Prepare Al’Fez couscous as instructed on the carton. Finely chop peppers and onion, fry in crushed garlic and oil. Slice and deseed the large red pepper and stuff with fried couscous and vegetables. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with Kofta Kebabs and Tahini potato Salad.
