Harissa & Honey Glaze - Wed 6th Jul 2011
Mix 2 tbsp harissa, 2 tsp runny honey, 1 tbsp olive oil with the grated zest and juice of a lime. Brush over chicken, salmon, sardines or mackerel before and during cooking. For a more intense flavour, make in advance and/or use to marinade.

Lovely warm spicy sweet flavour but you only need a tiny amount because of the chillies so it's impossible to get through the jar in just a month. Not sure if it is still OK to use after that - feels like a terrible waste if not but a smaller jar or maybe a tube might be better?
