I needed a quick meal for four and I just had one jar in the larder, so I fried some onions when sealing the lamb, added a few extra chopped apricots and also added a small tin of chickpeas towards the end of cooking and no-one guessed I had not spent hours in the kitchen! Praise all round! Just love this product!
