THANKYOU Mamma Cucina I haven't had a decent cheesecake in over 20 years. A few in my family have dairy problems and all say mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Exquisite cheescake with lovely, quite strong mango flavour-very very moreish! For anyone on a gluten and dairy free diet this is a lovely treat.

This dairy free cheesecake is fantastic! We've never thought that a gluten and dairy free dessert could be so good... We love it!

The cheesecake itself here is absolutely delicious - the taste of mango and passion fruit is there but not overbearing, and the consistency is creamy and light, almost like a mousse. Unfortunately, the base really lets this thing down, as it is more like a sponge than crunchy biscuit and was almost unbearably sweet, which made the whole thing slightly overpowering.

Very tasty filling, not too sweet, and natural tasting. The base is not cheesecake-like though, and makes it more of a flan. But still yummy :)

This makes a lovely dessert, for children as well as adults - as it's quite light and delicate. However, it's nothing like a cheesecake - more like a chilled smoothy on top of a light biscuit base. Very nice as long as you don't crave actual cheesecake. This is much, much lighter.
