I always use this puree in my cooking since Biona's products are always great quality, a local brand, and it comes in a glass jar rather than tube or tin so is healthier and eco-friendly. Also you can use the exact amount you need and the rest keeps very well in the fridge.

Lovely sweet taste, not as concentrated as other brands, so use much more than usual when cooking, but amazing Italian tomato taste.
