One of the richest sources of beta-carotene (the precursor of Vitamin A), a tomato is in fact a fruit not a vegetable. As a potent antioxidant, beta-carotene (specifically lycophene) is particularly well known for promoting heart health.

The taste is fantastic. For the flavour I would give them 5*s! Of course, nothing beats a freshly plucked, sun ripened tomato but these certainly rival your run of the mill supermarket tomatoes. The reason they only get 3*s is because the tin is lined with BPA plastic, not very healthy :(
