Ingredients

Gluten free rolled oats, almonds, brown rice starch, grape juice, crispy brown rice (brown rice, barley malt), gluten free oat bran, spirulina (1.25%), sesame seeds, raisins, panax ginseng (0.62%), vanilla, sea salt, natural almond flavouring, antioxidant (E306).

Per 100g:
Energy 1774kJ/422.5kcal, Protein 10g, Carbohydrates 52.5g (of which sugars 25g), Fat 20g (of which saturates 2.5g), Fibre 12.5g, Sodium 250mg.
Per ball:
Spirulina 500mg, Panax ginseng 250mg.

Good snack that keeps you going, but clif bars slightly better and still my favourite.

I love these- they have a really unique taste and chewy texture which makes them different from a lot of other raw snack bars (nakd, trek, braw etc). The only downside is that they are more expensive than the others previously mentioned, but definitely a nice, healthy snack that will keep you going!
