The Best Houmous - Sun 3rd Apr 2011This is just about the best houmous I have ever tasted (raw or cooked). It is has a lovely flavour with just the right amount of garlic and a beautiful yellow colour from the tumeric. It has a smooth (but not too smooth) texture. It goes really well with flax crackers. It looks so much better than the beige dead houmous you buy in supermarkets. Thoroughly and highly recommended.

Was a bit tentative of trying 'raw' hummus but absolutely delicious, will try more raw products in future, a total convert. Would be nice to have nutritional data on label though.
